Teenage years can be challenging, with pressures from school, social situations, and exams often leading to heightened stress & anxiety. This can sometimes manifest as school refusal, exam stress, social anxiety or all the above, making everyday life feel overwhelming.
At my practice, I use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy to help teenagers manage these challenges. By working with their subconscious mind, I provide them with tools to understand and manage their stress & anxiety, rather than trying to eliminate them.
I support them to build confidence and self-esteem, allowing them to navigate stressful situations with greater ease. I work at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual, empowering them to regain control in a safe, supportive environment, either in person or online.
